Page Spring Cellars Celebrates the Grape
Cave Creek- On Wednesday, January 28th, Page Spring Cellars will host a tasting at C4 Martini & Wine Bar from 6-8pm. The occasion will be marked by a special appearance from winemaker and owner, Eric Glomski. Glomski will be available for questions and bottle signings throughout the evening. Page Spring Cellars primarily serves Syrah, Petite Sirah, Grenache and Mourvedre.

However, they also utilize other red grapes such as Cabernet Pfeffer, Counoise, and Cinsault. The white grape wines include Viognier, Rousanne, and Marsanne. Page Spring Cellars is also part owned by musician Maynard James Keenan from popular band Tool. C4 is located at 6033 E. Cave Creek Road in Cave Creek.
